Based in the South West of the UK, Integrity (Europe) Ltd has a range of established routes to market for consumer products. We specialise in selling quality, niche products while building a responsive customer base using distance selling and traditional retail distribution.
We can provide a full master distributor service, providing a turnkey solution for product sales and marketing in the British and European markets. Alternatively, we provide fulfilment services to those who wish to utilise some of our expertise within their own marketing activity.
Integrity has a call centre with a highly trained team of agents, who have a proven track record of excelling at building customer relationships and maximising sales opportunities. Our comprehensive training and coaching scheme has been independently designed and monitored to ensure we maintain the highest standards. As well as our in-bound team, we are able to offer out-bound sales calls, as part of our expertise in multi-stage marketing campaigns.
Our main call centre is flexible to meet client demands and has the facilities to operate 24/7.
Integrity has an experienced marketing team, with expertise in new lead generation as well as maximising an existing customer base. We also have a sizeable in-house mailing list, which is not sold or rented to external parties.
Integrity's main warehouse facility is located a short distance from the offices, and has over 7,000 square feet of warehousing, picking areas and workshops. We have an additional 15,000 square foot of overflow space available. We have regular international shipments from America, the Far East and Europe coming into our facility (which we organise from the factory gate) and we despatch thousands of parcels throughout the UK and parts of Europe, utilising Royal Mail, Parcel Force and other couriers.

Since 2001 we have generated hundreds of thousands of Integrity handles large numbers of credit and debit card transactions every day, and can also handle cheques, cash and direct debits. We perform full reconciliation and comprehensive financial reporting. The team is also responsible for producing and distributing consumer mailings and communications and dealing with mail order and coupon requests.
We have been the UK distributor of Oreck products to the domestic market since 2001. Through Integrity (Europe) Ltd, America's leading upright vacuum cleaner company continues to be a major player in the UK cleaning industry, selling floor care and air care products.
